PADI Assistant Instructor
The PADI Assistant Instructor Course is held over approximately four days and covers the first portion of the Instructor Development Course (IDC). Not only is this program a great experience builder for your IDC but it also allows you time to become familiar with the PADI system of diver education.
Assistant Instructors can teach academic presentations and evaluate Open Water Diver surface skills under the indirect supervision of a certified PADI Instructor, as well as independently conduct programs such as the PADI Peak Performance Buoyancy, Project Aware Specialty courses and PADI Discover Scuba Diving program.
